Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

  1. These general terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as "GTC", regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in the sale of goods through the SeoulGlow.sk online store.
  2. The seller is:

hereinafter referred to as "Seller".

  1. The buyer is any natural or legal person who orders goods through the online store www.seoulglow.sk, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer".
  2. A consumer is a natural person who, when concluding and fulfilling a purchase agreement, does not act within the scope of their business activity, employment, or profession.
  3. An entrepreneur is a person who, when concluding and fulfilling a purchase agreement, acts within the scope of their business activity. If the Buyer provides their ID number during the order, they are considered an entrepreneur for the purposes of these GTC.
  4. Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer – consumer are governed primarily by the Civil Code, Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection and other valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
  5. Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer – entrepreneur are governed primarily by the Commercial Code and these GTC.
  6. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these GTC.

II. Goods

  1. The SeoulGlow.sk online store primarily offers Korean cosmetics and skincare products, such as face creams, serums, toners, cleansing products, face masks, SPF products, and similar cosmetic assortments.
  2. Information about the goods, their properties, composition, use, and price are listed for individual products in the online store.
  3. Product photos are illustrative. The product packaging may differ slightly from the photo depending on changes made by the manufacturer or distributor.
  4. The Seller strives to provide product information as accurately as possible. The Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the information provided on the product packaging before use.
  5. Cosmetic products may cause individual sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals. Such a reaction does not automatically mean a defect in the goods if the product was delivered in accordance with the description and had no objective defect.

III. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

  1. The Buyer orders goods through the online store www.seoulglow.sk.
  2. An order is created by adding goods to the cart, filling in the required data, selecting shipping and payment methods, and then submitting the order.
  3. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that all provided data is correct and true.
  4. The purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded by the Seller's confirmation of the order, by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the Buyer.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or contact the Buyer if the goods are unavailable, the data in the order is incomplete or incorrect, or if there is another reason why the order cannot be processed.
  6. The Buyer is obliged to provide correct contact and delivery details when ordering. The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of the order caused by incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

IV. Prices and Payment Terms

  1. All prices listed in the online store are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer.
  2. The price of the goods is valid at the time the order is created.
  3. The price of shipping may be added to the price of the goods, according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
  4. The Buyer is informed of the total price of the order, including the price of the goods and shipping, before submitting the order.
  5. The Seller accepts the following payment methods:
  • online card payment,
  • Apple Pay,
  • Google Pay,
  • Mastercard,
  • Visa.
  1. The goods remain the property of the Seller until the purchase price is paid in full.
  2. A tax document or proof of purchase will be delivered to the Buyer electronically or together with the order.

V. Delivery Terms

  1. The Seller delivers goods within the territory of the Slovak Republic via Packeta service.
  2. The Buyer can choose one of the following shipping methods:
  • Packeta pick-up point,
  • Packeta home delivery.
  1. The shipping price is:
  • Packeta pick-up point: €2.99,
  • Packeta home delivery: €3.99.
  1. Standard delivery time is 2 to 4 working days from order confirmation or from receipt of payment, if prepayment was chosen.
  2. Delivery time may be extended in case of holidays, increased number of orders, technical problems, delays on the part of the carrier, or incomplete data from the Buyer.
  3. The Buyer is obliged to pick up the shipment within the specified period. If the Buyer does not pick up the shipment, the Seller may contact them for re-delivery or resolution of the order.
  4. Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer is obliged to check whether the packaging of the shipment is damaged. In case of visible damage to the shipment, we recommend not accepting the shipment or making a damage report with the carrier.

VI. Withdrawal from the Contract and Return of Goods

  1. A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of taking over the goods.
  2. The period for withdrawal from the contract is maintained if the Buyer sends the notice of withdrawal to the Seller no later than the last day of the period.

  1. The Buyer is obliged to send the goods back no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract.
  2. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
  3. The returned goods must be undamaged, unused, clean, complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.
  4. For cosmetic products, the Buyer acknowledges that for hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return goods that were delivered in protective or sealed packaging and this packaging was breached, opened, or removed after delivery.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount by the value corresponding to the reduction in the value of the goods, if the Buyer handled the goods in a manner other than what was necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
  6. The Seller will return the payment to the Buyer no later than 14 days from the day of delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. However, the Seller is not obliged to return the payment until the goods are returned to them or until the Buyer proves that they have sent the goods back.
  7. The payment will be returned in the same way that the Buyer used to pay, unless the contracting parties agree otherwise.
  8. In case of withdrawal from the contract within the statutory period, the Buyer is also entitled to a refund for the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
  9. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the Buyer who purchases as an entrepreneur.

VII. Complaints and Liability for Defects

  1. The Seller is responsible for defects in the goods in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
  2. The Buyer is obliged to report a defect in the goods without undue delay after discovering it.
  3. The Buyer can submit a complaint by email to:

  1. When making a complaint, we recommend stating:
  • Buyer's first and last name,
  • order number,
  • description of the defect,
  • photos of the defective product, if possible,
  • preferred method of resolving the complaint,
  • Buyer's contact details.

  1. The Seller will process the complaint without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from the day it was submitted.
  2. If the complaint is justified, the Buyer has the right, in particular, to repair, replacement of the goods, a reasonable discount from the price, or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect and in accordance with valid legal regulations.
  3. The complaint does not apply in particular to:
  • defects caused by incorrect use of the product,
  • defects caused by incorrect storage,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • damage caused by the Buyer,
  • individual allergic reaction or skin sensitivity, if the product has no objective defect.
  1. In the case of a justified complaint, the costs associated with the complaint are borne by the Seller.

VIII. Discount Coupons and Newsletter

  1. The Seller may offer Buyers discount coupons, promotions, or discounts for subscribing to the newsletter.
  2. The terms of use of the discount coupon may be specified for a particular promotion, in an email, or directly in the online store.
  3. Discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate discount promotions at any time, provided that this does not violate the rights of Buyers who have already met the conditions of a specific promotion.
  5. Sending newsletters is voluntary. The Buyer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

IX. Personal Data Protection

  1. The Seller processes the personal data of Buyers to the extent necessary for processing orders, delivering goods, handling complaints, accounting obligations, and customer communication.
  2. When ordering, the Buyer provides, in particular, their first and last name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, and data necessary for payment and delivery of the order.
  3. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and the GDPR regulation.
  4. Detailed information on the processing of personal data will be provided in a separate document "Personal Data Protection Policy" or "Personal Data Protection", which will be published on the website www.seoulglow.sk.

X. Alternative Dispute Resolution

  1. If a Buyer who is a consumer is not satisfied with how the Seller handled their complaint, or believes that the Seller has violated their rights, they have the right to contact the Seller with a request for redress via email hello@seoulglow.sk.
  2. If the Seller responds negatively to the request or does not respond to it within 30 days from the date of its dispatch, the Buyer – consumer has the right to submit a proposal for initiating alternative dispute resolution.
  3. The competent entity for alternative resolution of consumer disputes is, for example, the Slovak Trade Inspection or another authorized entity registered in the list of alternative dispute resolution entities.
  4. Alternative dispute resolution applies only to the Buyer who is a consumer.

XI. Final Provisions

  1. These GTC are valid and effective from the date of their publication on the website www.seoulglow.sk.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The GTC valid at the time of placing the order apply to the Buyer's order.
  3. If any provision of these GTC becomes invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain valid.
  4. Relations not regulated by these GTC are governed by the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
  5. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these GTC.
