Exchange and returns
I. Withdrawal from the contract by a Buyer who is a consumer
A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods when purchasing through the online store SeoulGlow.sk.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal statement, for example, by email to the address:

The Buyer may use the withdrawal form available on the website www.seoulglow.sk to withdraw from the contract. However, the use of the form is not mandatory.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract is met if the Buyer sends the notice of withdrawal from the contract no later than the last day of the 14-day period.
After withdrawing from the contract, the Buyer is obliged to send the goods back or deliver them in person no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract.

Returned goods must be complete, unused, undamaged, clean, and, if possible, in their original packaging. The Buyer is obliged to enclose proof of purchase or other document by which the order can be identified.
The costs associated with returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
In the event of proper withdrawal from the contract within the statutory period, the Seller will refund the received payments to the Buyer no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. However, the Seller is not obliged to refund the payment before the goods are returned to him or until the Buyer proves that he has sent the goods back.
The payment will be refunded to the Buyer in the same way as used for the payment of the order, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
When withdrawing from the entire order, the Buyer is also entitled to a refund of the costs of delivery of the goods, in the amount of the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
II. When it is not possible to withdraw from the contract
The Buyer acknowledges that the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in particular to:
- goods manufactured according to the Buyer's specific requirements or customized to their personal needs,
- goods subject to rapid deterioration or spoilage,
- goods sealed in protective packaging which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the protective packaging was broken after delivery,
- goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
For cosmetic products sold on SeoulGlow.sk, it is not possible to return, in particular, products that have been opened, used, damaged, soiled, or whose protective packaging, safety foil, seal or other hygienic closure has been broken.
For hygienic reasons, opened cosmetic products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as creams, serums, toners, cleansing products, SPF products, masks, and similar cosmetic assortment, cannot be returned.
III. Exchange of goods
The Seller does not generally provide for automatic exchange of goods for another product.

The possibility of exchange will be assessed individually according to the condition of the goods, the availability of the desired product, and the fulfillment of hygienic conditions. Goods intended for exchange must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If exchange is not possible, the Buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period of 14 days, if the conditions stated above are met.
Costs associated with sending goods for exchange are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
IV. Withdrawal from the contract by a Buyer who is an entrepreneur
If the Buyer purchases as an entrepreneur, i.e., provides their company ID number when ordering or purchases within their business activity, the statutory consumer right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply to them.
The return or exchange of goods purchased by an entrepreneur may only be allowed on the basis of an individual agreement with the Seller.
The Seller is entitled to assess the condition of the returned goods, their integrity, completeness, hygienic suitability for further sale, and the current value of the goods.
If the Seller and the Buyer - entrepreneur do not agree on the terms of return or exchange, the Seller is not obliged to accept the return or exchange of goods.
V. Non-delivery of order
If the Seller does not deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer within a reasonable period or no later than 30 days from the date of order confirmation, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
This does not apply if the Seller and the Buyer agree on a longer delivery period or if the delay occurs due to reasons on the Buyer's side, such as providing incorrect delivery details, failure to collect the shipment, or failure to provide necessary cooperation.
